ARTISTS TERMS
On behalf of the artist and studio named, I agree to release Plymouth Tattoo Convention, its employees, and agents from all claims, actions, and demands arising from tattoo procedures, damages, accidents, or thefts in the work area.
Ensure you have suitable insurance to cover your participation at the event.

If you're travelling from overseas, make sure all necessary documentation is in place.
I agree to provide current, valid copies of personal and studio licences as requested.

​I confirm that all information given is correct and can be used for licensing and registration by Plymouth City Council for working at Plymouth Tattoo Convention (14 & 15 June 2025)

I confirm that I am free of any criminal convictions or offences under criminal acts
​
I understand that signing this agreement means entering into a contract with Plymouth Tattoo Convention and the venue.
I agree to follow the safety and hygiene procedures outlined below while working at Plymouth Tattoo Convention:

ID clients to ensure they are over 18.

Hand out consent forms to all clients before tattooing.

Provide clients with aftercare instructions and advice.

Wash hands at dedicated artist hand wash stations.

Wear disposable gloves, changing them frequently during procedures.

Keep work areas clean and tidy, covering surfaces to prevent cross-contamination.

Clean the workstation between clients.
-
Dispose of needles and hazardous waste in provided containers and bags.
-
Only use single-use and disposable equipment.

Note that sterilisation facilities are not provided.

Bring clearly marked and labelled sanitising products; dilute solutions per manufacturers' instructions.

If travelling from abroad, inform us of any products you may need.

2 power sockets per artist

Artist work table

Front display table

Hazardous waste bag

Sharps container
-
General waste bag

Bottled water, cups, and kitchen roll

Trade supplies available for purchase at the convention

​All booths are enclosed shell schemes, measuring 2.4m x 2m
Booth fee from £350, including one free helper pass per booth and all licence and registration fees related to Plymouth City Council.

BOOTH SPACE IS ONLY GUARANTEED UPON FULL PAYMENT AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE.
